Our friend Captain Richard Rodriguez, master of the Bitter End blog, is running a contest where five winners will receive a cool and handy USCG Rules of the Road iPhone app. All the details are here and submission deadline is 2359 PDT September 4, 2009.

Mello September 1, 2009 @ 8:36 pm:( I already have a RofR app for my iphone, now what do I do? have competing app’s? two different interpertations of the rules!! yikes :O I’ll probably crash into some other boat reading rule 5 about a Lookout on my iphone instead of looking out, or maybe the iphone will crash, :(
