Hmmm. When we were in the process of moving to this area we almost bought a house in Mattapoisett. The deal didn’t come together for us, but we did do quite a bit of research on flood risk as the house was close to a stream and wetlands and not much above sea level. Judging by your map we would have been screwed too!
Too bad, would have been nice to have you as a neighbor.
Don’t worry a planet killing asteroid will hit before the water level gets that high.
